There all pretty quiet if you wear earplugs...A lot has been said about how quiet the Schuberth helmets are, if you've got the money for one...Someday when I grow up I will buy one.

when I ride my bike with the stereo... I notice I can hear the stereo better when i'm wearing plugs... with or without the helmet... acoustics are strange things to understand...
+1 on the Shoei, but the can get a bit pricey. I recently bought my son a Z1R Helmet, and I must say it is a very nice helmet, pretty quiet and a bit less expensive than Shoei. Can't stand HJC.
I also have the Shoei RF-1000. My first full face. I got it for just cold/rainy weather and wear it almost all the time. On our trip out west a couple of weeks ago I was riding an EG with a radio. The music sounded like it was inside the helmet, I loved it!
Anyhow, I find the Shoei to be very quiet. I did take me a week or two to get used to it over my 1/2 helmet. It's definitely quieter, but it has a different sound. Not bad, just different.
I believe I saw somewhere that the Shoei Quest was one of the quietest helmets around.
I have the Qwest for riding in the rain (I wear an Outlaw half helmet most of the time). Definitely the quietest full face helmet I have had (have owned the Shoei x11, a couple different Scorpion helmets and one Icon).
