I do live in Montgomery,NY where the shop is located.Yeah they act obnoxious on the show because thats why the show is as popular as it is.I do not agree with the $20 autograph's at a local event but they are worth what people will pay for it,so I reckon its the American way.
I see them filming all the time and they have quite a deal goin. They are the only ones I know of who can ride without helmets without getting pulled over,it damn sure dont work for me.
Paul jr and sr can seem a little JADED at times but Mikee is the same as always.Him and Vinnie really raise hell on those scooters, thats what they seem to be ridingmost times.Ive heard a few bad things about thier bikes but most of what they show on the TV show are one offmovie show bikes.
If yourfrom the area and are looking for a custom ride, check these guys out. http://www.eastsidecustomchoppers.com/
Great bikes, fantastic people and really give to the biker community.
I donât see how meeting people in the public spotlight can be in any way interesting or far that matter worth mentioning. I have been involved in many different things throughout my life and have had the opportunity to meet the big dogs in the public eye each. All I have to say is some are cool down to earth people and some are not worth giving the time of day. As for me, the people I look up to are the unsung heroâs and friends that are in most peopleâs daily life. I would rather read about a guy who gave up a kidney to same someoneâs life or the guy who gave it all for what he believed.
I saw the whole clan in Rochester, NY. Big Pauls daughter went to college here and I saw them come strolling into the graduation ceremony. My wife was graduating too.
The college had reserved seats for them on the gym floor. I was sweating my a** off up in the bleachers.
All in all they seemed real cool, said hi to fans signed autographs for free, etc.
I ran into Paul sr. in the Minneapolis Airport a couple of years ago. He was personable and easily approachable even though he was obiously trying to get somewhere fast.
ok let me give my input on these guys..a couple of years ago they had a big chopper show in atlantic city..i met one of the guys who put the event together(tickets were 20 bucks each children and adults)he told me part of the reason the tickets cost as much as they did was because they had to pay paul senior and mikey 70 grand to show up and sign 700 autographs..before i heard this i was a fan of the show and like the guys..now my feelings have changed..my opinion on this is---if these guys were true bike builders and true to there fans they would have agreed to come to the show for free(or maybe get put up in a casino suite for the weekend free and free meals and drinks)then recently i heard from a women that helped put the event together that as soon as they finished the 700 autograph paul sr. said(right in front of the fans) "ok we are done now lets get the f&%K out of here"..i have no respect for these guys anymore..

those guys are nothing more than characters on a television show. i would bet money that any OCC bike you see on the street (non-theme bike) was not built by Paul, Jr, Mikey or Vinnie.
I do not see any reason why they would not be cool........BANK ROLLIN!!! They wanted like 5 bucks an autograph. 10 bucks for a pic you take and like 20 for an autographed pic of thiers down in Daytona
Gotta give them credit for the success and how they market but it would be a cold day in hell when I'd pay for a picture........
