Yah I could live with the second set for sure, however the top vid is diff pipes. I will prob hold off. I am still hung the %^& up. If I could just get more reviews on the ultima's(D&D) about the chrome, a good side shot of them, if I was going to wrap them it would be much easier of a decision. I am going to get ticked off soon, just buy one of the 3 and live with it. Hahaha
Cause it's just like picking which sorta woman is your favorite type...just when ya settle on cute little brunettes with big ****...a nice looking tall blond with a great *** wanders by.
Hey Double T, I had a set of big growl down N outs on my last bike and liked them , I heat wrapped them so didnt care what the chrome looked like , but is wasnt bad . Also pipes get scratched from boots and I like to change stuff alot so they were a good choice for me. I am thinking bout changing the V&H longshots I have on my current bike for a set of Down N Dirtys and wrap them also , Just my 2 cents .
That looks nice. I have a set for a project, they are blued up high but I got a used set of heat shields and painted em black.
I looked at pipes and slip on's in books and on-line for days. It took me about an hour to figure it out at biketoberfest in Daytona this year. I was in the Vance & Hines tent they had some of the pipes on bikes so you could see and hear the pipes and a sales person to guide me in what would give the best performance. I went with the Vance & Hines big shot staggered on my Fatboy great sound and I could not believe the performance difference that just pipes could make.
JP was next door had the pipes in stock and Vance & Hines installed them right on site. Made it fast and easy and with the show price did not kill my wallet. I had stock pipes with Screaming Eagle slip ons before, hey they are for sale if anybody needs them......

Nice looking pipes, but I want something that is a shorter style pipe. I like the idea that all of them step out to a bigger pipe, so it should give me a slight better butt o meter feel over my current 1 3/4 all the way. Like the sound, all but needs bigger dia pipes to look better then my currents. Hell I made these lol
Vance and Hines all day. You can have your pipes for two years and if something ****s up, they will replace it for you. Try to get Bassani or Sampson to do that for you.
No doubt VH has a great warranty, are nice, but I just hate the fact that every where I go people has them. BIG hold up for me.I don't want my stuff like the other guy, given I have short shot look alikes, I cut them that way, but they are not bought pipes, are longer then standard SS's.. Like I said I dunno where I am going with this as of now. I wish I could find the DD's with pics. Hell it is winter, I may just make my own pipes how I like them, send them to the chrome man. Still mad up in the air. **** shouldn't be this hard, but damn if i don't make it that way :/
