for a long time. She wanted to riding last night at a rather late hour for me. The days of staying up all night are long gone regardless of what I have to do the next day. Yes, it is a well known fact I used to stay up for days at a time. I have now become someone who goes to sleep relatively early, and gets up kinda early most days too. Anyway, she wanted to go riding at 10 pm last night. After I finally talked her into getting out there without me, off she went. I went to bed, and the next thing I know am waking up about 12am. She has just gotten home and is so excited telling me about her 2 hour ride. Wow. That is the kind of excitement I used to feel when I rode as well. It has been a long time for me. I am still rather nervous having her ride alone, but I think it is good for her to get out there on her own so she is used to and will ride her bike places that she used to take the car. Afterall, if she doesn't ride the bike, it is a waste in my opinion. So things are going well here with the new rider, and I am extremely proud of her. I may be as proud as a father with his new child. I got her some ben hur style spike axle caps for "spooky" that arrived in the mail yesterday. Next I am thinking a tank bag or something to carry her goods in. I know that tank bags scratch vivid black paint.
