I still have the stock pipes on my 06 sporty and the baffles don't come out. All though there isn't much in there is there a nother way to get them out or make it louder with out biuying new pipes
Mike, I feel your pain, your pretty much gonna have to get new pipes. The cheapest way to go is slip-ons, shop on the internet, you need even back pressure on both jugs so you don't screw up your motor. good luck!
Buy a hole saw bit just a tad smaller than the inside diameter of the tail-end of the muffler, and go to town; they'll come out.
Either that, or drill a hole through the end plate of the baffle, again on the tail-end of the muffler. If you want more sound, drill another hole...
