After some of the posts I read here and on other searches I called S & S and spoke with them directly. I have decided to go with an S&S 52mm throttle body lit (has the manifold and injectors).
Also on the crank they said no more that .003 runout is their position and .004 -.005 is borderline but they would not recommend it. I am going to measure it myself and if it's out more I'll find the money to have the crank done rather than pay later!
Good call on the throttle body. I would hate to put all that money into a motor build to have that be the limiting factor. I wish I would have done mine during my build but hey we live we learn. It's my next motor upgrade.
With that build I don't see how you wouldn't be close to getting near the 120 mark on both sides HP and Tq (on the dyno anyway). Good luck with the rest of your build and let us know the results.

120hp/tq on his 103" might be a stretch. I'm seeing dyno numbers in the 110's on most of the builds done with the S&S 585's, and that's with larger throttle bodies and 2-1 performance pipes.
We shall see (hopefully).
