Identfiy this HD engine
I have a chance to buy this HD engine at an upcoming auction. Can anyone identify it? Plus what is a fair price for it and what do I look for in it condition wise? Thanks in advance.

It looks like the old Harley Hummer 165cc 2 stroke motor. If memeroy serves me correctly.
Who doesn't love a Hummer?
