Sure am glad I don't have to get up for work anymore and worry about disturbing my frickin a-hole neighbors.
My A hole neighbors get pissed at ANYTHING!!! So I really do not worry about pissing them off anymore.

I live on a quiet cul-de-sac. When I start my RK Classic it's fairly loud, so I tend to idle it out of the neighborhood before I let the engine warm up. Will this cause any damage? I'm just giving it enough gas to move slowly through the neighborhood and get to the main street.

I also have loud pipes and do the same thing. The shifts are a bit stiff for the first minute or two, so I ease into 2nd and 3rd until I get to the end of my one mile street. From there on every thing is normal.

That's why I'm glad my closest neighbors either ride or have other loud toys. It makes for a happy (but not exactly quiet)little neighborhood.

I leave for work at 5:30 am everyday... so, I get all my gear on, then roll the bike out of the garage, shut the door, fire the bike up and roll away slowly, short-shifting till I get out of the neighborhood.

Damn, you mean I shouldn't burn rubber out of the driveway right after I crank it.

OH-OH, I just assumed all my neighbours loved the sound of my pipes as much as I do!
