A guy named Bobby (not sure of his screen name anymore) asked me to build him a sissy bar for his WG last X-Mas and it wasn't all that difficult. He sent me his stock sissy bar as a template for the mounting hole location and bitchpad location. It turned out great and he's happy with it.

Here's a couple of pictures of the sissy bar:

Gotta have something "pointy" on there, so...

And here's the aluminum mockup I made to give Bob an idea of what it was going to look like:

That bar looks awesome. The bike looks a little too stock for it though,IMO. Not that the bike looks bad or anything but do you know if he's planning to do more with it?

I agree, the bar looks pretty good, and the bike looks pretty good, but the bar and the bike I don't think look good together!

if this picture is what you're talking about then I agree, this is " only a mockup" of what he recieved. I don't know what else is planned for the bike I'm only showing off what I created.

Any other questions about this?

Thanks for the compliments.

A buddy of mine stopped by when I was packing it up to ship it out and he decided he wanted one also, so I built him one. He still hasn't gotten it chromed yet.

I suppose you could... But I'd recommend either painting or chroming it first.
