What the hell?
So I was out riding today, and about the last three miles, out of nowhere I kept getting what I can only explain as...blips? I'd be cruising about 70mph, and then my speedo would just drop and for a spit sec it felt like the bike stalled/died, then a split sec later back to normal. It did this a few times, then actually it died as I was slowing down to stop. Once I got off the highway and was keeping it between 35-45 everything felt fine, but my oil light and check engine light would randomly flash on for just a sec. Than nothing and it ran fine. And all these issues happened during the last 3-5 miles of 65 mile trip.....any ideas?

My bet is on a loose ground connection at either end (frame or battery) of the ground cable.

Bikes new (assuming new battery) and I've had it plugged in a tender the past month, but I was messing with the connections yesterday and (hopefully) I didn't tighten them down enough and they just were vibrating loose. Not gonna lie though, it was a bit scary nto have happen right as I'm trying to pass a semi...haha
