I am so sorry. "She had been dealing with some severe mental issues and alcoholism these past few years" Its a little like the chicken and egg, its tough to unravel which comes first. She may have found Peace from her struggles, you will need strength to get through this difficult time. Namaste.
Very sorry to hear things like this..Alcoholism and mental illness can be very hard on some.Saturday night I had a friend shoot himself.. I was just lost for words..

When we lose a loved one by suicide, it makes us all feel that we have let the person down, but they have made their own decision , usually out of great pain. I pray for her peace and yours. If you get twisted up over this, beyond the regular grieving, PM me, bro.
