While it is very difficult to understand, know that for whatever reason, in her mind it had to be the only way to end the torment that only she could feel. She is at peace now...

I'm so sorry for your loss. I treat the mentally ill for a living and suicidality is the number one most difficult thing to deal with. I've seen what it does to family/friends- let alone the loss of the individual who has taken their own life. It truly breaks my heart every time. Again, my condolences and please take care of yourself.
I know in the past some of you had met my wife ... maybe we all rode together or did a bike run ...
She had been dealing with some severe mental issues and alcoholism these past few years. This past Saturday, she took her own life.
We had been planning to split up since like 2009 ... I was hoping she'd get it together and get back on her feet. Not like this...

I know she had to live with her own demons.In the end the demons won out.You on the other hand also had to deal with some of her demons. How ever they are all gone now. It is up to you to remember what you want. I say to remember the good times and just to let go of most of the demon times. I have said a prayer for you and yours.
