Mark and Mom are fantastic. Great prices and even greater customer service. Spent easily $2500 with them between this and my last bike.

Order away with confidence!

Mark is a PROFESSIONAL. I mean that in the sense that he WANTS to keep up with what's going on with certain parts and makes the effort to do it. Back when the SERT was bigtime backordered and units were trickling in, he was on top of that situation on a daily basis. Inquiries to other dealers was always met with the generic "they are backordered, we don't know anything" type of answer. On the other hand, Mark told me how many were trickling in, where I would be in line and basically estimated arrival of my SERT. And he was right too.

Mark did some legwork for me researching the status of complete, new springerassemblies (parts still available of course but completeassemblies are obsoleted). The computers showed zero, but he called an HD warehouse employee to try to hunt down one just in case there was one laying around. He also spoke with someone at HD to try to find out if the item would be reissued later or if it was a permanent obsoletion. He also checked dealer inventory to find that ZERO were available in the US. Much of that effort was after he knew that I wouldn't be able to buy one from him. I didn't ask him to do any of that and with several emails and several phone conversations during the process he never once made me feel like I was hassling him. I thanked him for his effort and he said he needed to know anyway because once or twice per year it comes up. That's exactly what I meant earlier about him being a professional. He is in the parts business so he WANTS to know the story even for a part that he sells that infrequently. He knew I had a line on a used one and he basically helped me get the info I needed to decide which was the smart thing for ME in terms of total cost. Incredible customer service to say the least.

Of course, I bought everything for the rest of my springer project from them. I used to check every single part and buy the cheapest of Surdyke, Zanottis and M&M. For some reason, none of these guys seem to use a flat percentage because the cheapest varies from part to part although the difference is usually pretty small. Now Ibuy everything from M&M without even price checking it. Whatever the part is, they will either be the cheapest or close enough and I want to give them my business. They are also an excellent "one stop shop" since they sell Drag Specialties and Custom Chrome stuff as well (also heavily discounted).

BTW, Zanottis and Surdyke have both screwed up orders and sent me the wrong parts before and M&M has been perfect. When that happens, unless it is a stock item, your overall wait time is weeks. I did have M&M email me one time because HD sent them the wrong part. That cost me a few days but the difference is THEY caught it instead ofME catching it 3 days later. So they actually check the orders and saved me a few days that time for sure.

Sorry for the long post, but we gripe about the bad ones we need to also praise the good ones and M&M has been VERY good to me. I owe them a good testimonial. I'mnot surprisedto hear that I'm not the only one.

M&M is only good outside of Ohio since they don't like to do paperwork that the state requires on in state web based sales.I only deal with Chicago HD,20% off and cheap shipping charges.

Hello all,

Looking for a new aftermarket seat and heard on this post that M&M Cycle has good prices - - Wow! do they ever. Seems to good to be true. Anyone out there with personal experience with this outfit? If they're for real I dont think I'll buy an another over priced Genuine HD Part / Accessory ( or aftermarket goodies) from the Stealer again.
Yep, My wife bought me my bags through them ($100+ lower than retail). The kit was missing a bolt called them on the phone and they had no probs sending the missing part. As long as they have the stock I'll go through them.

Another option for comparison is http://www.tnt-actionsports.com/ 15% off plus free shipping over $150. It doesn't beat 20% off but sometimes the free shipping makes up for it. Good people to deal with also.
