I can tell you that Shovels will puke out a bunch of oil if they sit too long without being run. Sometimes,not always.-I think it has to do with the crankcase filling up from drain-back out of the tank...
That must be what it is then sitting a bit. Yes the o e that came out of trans/clutch. Will the puking stop after bit

puking will stop as soon as the crankcase is empty-[1 or 2 minutes,5 at most. Then check oil in tank again,make sure it's full.

Any suggestions on the pushrod deal? And clutch adjustment since its custom flywheel and stock clutch the factory adjustment procedure is not even close
