Another vote here for traffic cones. You may be able to "liberate" them. 4 of them should do it. You may even go as far as spry painting a big "X" in between the cones. Make the box just wide enough to get your bike through.

Also, as was mentioned before, if you can back the bike into the garage, it should help

Just a backing out tip in case you haven't noticed it yet; lean your bike way over when making your turn. It'll turn much sharper. You can tip that little bike over far enough that it'll back out on a dime!

OP, you figure out which idea works best for you. My word of advice is to be careful. The closet I have ever came to dropping any of my motorcycles is aways moving them by hand on a jack or rollers. I really take my time now and move thing slow.

im guessing the wall on the right --- is a fence ??

i would shorten the fence 3 to 4 feet easy fix
if it is a fence -- get a photo post it up

or make a wheel dolly its easy - i made one a long time and still use it in the garage
but you want wheels that will pivot
not the ones pictured - the ones in the link only roll in one direction

u can make one just like this -- as long as you have flat smooth surface it will roll on ,

or u can buy a reallllllllllly pricey one with a center stand type of system look it up Park-n-Move Cruiser

dyna rider's suggestion is the best one yet. $80 + whatever it takes to get it to Belgium, seems a simple & inexpensive answer.

To really figure this out you need the length of the bike and width of the sidewalk. Just from looking at it one would think backing it in would be the way to go.

What about cutting a doorway into the rear wall of the garage? Maybe there is enough space behind to turn your bike around or another way out to the road from the rear.

Damn you Chickin, damn you.

I thought the same thing, but had question too.

How does the OP get the bike in if there are cars in front? If you can get it you "should" be able to get out the same way. Right? Or am I just using jarhead logic?
