I thought it would be nice to start a thread which would contain a list of motorcycle campgrounds, or motorcycle friendly campground. I'm not talking about a KOA which will just allow you to park your bike and camp. I'm talking about campgrounds which cater to the needs of bikers. This way of someone does a search for "Motorcycle Campgrounds" this thread will show with the list. If possible, please list location also. Thanks. I don't know many, but I know a few. Here is my contribution.

Switchback Creek in Tenn. Great roads all around. Cheap rates. Clean bath house. Say "Hey" to Windy. He's a very accommodating host. Be sure to take enough beer. The nearest beer run is a half hour away, but there's a local store and eatery. For the past couple years, a group from the Sportster forum section have met there. There are a couple cabins, as well.
+1 for Willville, too. The OL and I stayed in the cabin. Toasty warm, dry, bug-free and we watched a movie via a cell phone internet connection on the laptop. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and huge. Be sure to order one the night before.

Beautiful, full of bikers and biker babes, Karaoke, live bands, cookouts, general store and it's on the river! Oh, but don't everyone go here.........it's not that much fun.

I've added Riders Roost to my trip. Looks like a great place. We need to add more campgrounds.
