I had asked at the dealer a month ago why they were getting road of the Road King Classic. He said they just don't generate enough sales in North America to keep it around. A lot of people just prefer the hard bags and cheaper sticker price. He said most people who want the leather doo-dads and whitewalls, etc are going to be going for the Heritage Classic. In fact, there is still a white 2012 RKC sitting on the floor. It has been there since last August when I got my bike. The regular Road King, on the other hand, they already sold most of the ones they put out in the winter. There are only two left from their first shipment.
