My first thought when I saw title was I would replay with, "try wearing shorts and flip flops. The SOA shirt would set off that ensemble." But I'm in a nicer mood than that.
When I rode a bicycle as a kid I had that hotspot problem, but never on a motorcycle. My guess is to try different pants? I personally wear Levis 527 which is a low cut waist with a boot cut cuff. I don't sag my pants, and have never had a problem with that hot spot, but they do have that seam.
