You can get everything you need through J&p or Dennis kirk I imagine. My question and probably the one most people have is WHY?? I used to have a Dyna with Super E and was jetted perfectly and I loved the bike, but since I got my 05 Dyna with the EFI the only carbed bike I would ever ride again will be the bobber I'm planning.
Back to your question, I've never done it but it is possible as a friend of mine did it because he didn't like the older EFI system. He swore a lot at the time he was changing itbut I'm sure if you ask him he would say it was worth it.
Plenty of people on here that should be able to give you details on how to do it.
