I second the reverse drill bit! After you fix this problem take all of your allen wrenches, L wrenches sockets etc and throw them away and get Bondhus tools. I never heard of them until an Indy mechanic told me about them. I said I own Craftsman, "He said Bondhus" I said I'm going to buy a set of Snapon, "He said Bondhus" I bought a couple of sets of Bondhus (standard and Metric) and I say Bondhus! I wish I had heard of Bondhus before I had to drill out a starter bolt on my Evo Fatboy.

yea cheap tools cause this more than not. also there is a reason that allen wrenches are three inches long, they are not designed to be torqued down to any real high values.
They work great as a bolt, with a nut on it, and just using the allen to keep the bolt from turning as you torque down the nut.
You add thread lock, especially someone who is colored blind, and you have a real problem.
Whichever way you decide, don' try to get it out while your frustrated. Think it through and work slowly. Happened to me years ago and I Fk'd it all up. Stay calm!!
