Yep. Those are the kind of examples I'm looking for.
A friend also pointed out that RSD does a fair bit of bikes that way too.
I like this one in particular.

I'm thinking I may go this route as opposed to polishing up the oxidized aluminum on my 2003 Dyna.

After looking at the other examples, I realize that the OP is referring to grey motors with black covers instead of chrome, like in the example WS6 Formula posted...
