Flag mount parts
I lost one of the little top thingies that go on my flag mount. It's one of the small fold-able mounts that secure to the tour rack.
Anyone know where I can find replacement part for that?

Are you refering to the top part that holds the flag on the flag staff? If so a rubber grommet of the correct diameter can be bought at the local hardware store and should work just fine.
On Ebay there are some fancy types to put on top, Eagles and the sort.
