Enough padding to help with a spill, might seem too bulky to ride with to me. And if you also want to allow for air, that's going to make it thin, since mesh is what comes to mind. Good Luck finding them.
I have some perforated leather riding gloves from HD. They do provide good airflow and if you do decide to go down (I would advise against this, however) there is decent protection from road rash. They're not padded but I don't know how much that would really help.
I also have some fingerless gloves that have padding, also HD, and that's what I wear on the warmest days.
I always say you get what you pay for. if you want 25.00 dollar gloves, you get 25.00 dollars worth of protection. i ride with the FXRG gloves and armor jacket. i have had them for five years and never had a problem. i really like them and highly recommend them. i've been very lucky and never gone down to test them out... however, i know several riders who have and were thankful they had the right equipment on.
