Louie Allison is the man and lives in Westminster. He did my RG and it turned out awesome - I am pretty damn picky when it comes to striping too. Louie doesn't have a website, he is kinda oldschool and does all of his business by word of mouth. Pinstriped by Louie is his business name and does a lot for Sun Harley and Six Shooters.
Call him at 303-903-2550 or 303-423-5463 and schedule a time to come to his house. He has a big workshop you can pull your bike in and have a beer (out of his very cool stripped fridge) while he paints your bike. He will go to your place but he prefers you coming to him. Very reasonable pricing too.
