Default CB problem

Hi I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction here. I have a 2011 Ultra Classic, I started having an issue with the CB, whenever I powered unit on the channel was highlighted like I was transmitting, I brought it to the dealer and they replaced CB saying it was bad. It worked for one day and now doing the same thing. I pulled CB out and tried it in another Ultra and works fine. This is leading me to think the PTT button is bad, does anyone know how to disable one at a time of the PTT buttons to see if I can find out if one is bad? Or any other suggestions? Just want to say thanks in advance, as I am now out of warranty, this is going to be something I have to do. Again thanks for any info or help you can give me

I wonder if it would do any good to attack the switches with some compressed air (maybe canned air with lower psi) and some contact cleaner...taking care to shield rest of bike from any overspray.
