Any "Mechanics" in Portland?

Any "Mechanics" in Portland?
Gentlemen,
I am deployed and would like to have my front fork lowers and trees powder coated before I get back.
Is there anyone on the forum versed in removing the front forks and reinstalling them without scratching my baby up?
My sister in law will mail the forks to JRK5892 (forum member) for powder coating.
She has no tools or jacks or anything.
Basically, I have alot of time on my hands here to think about stuff to do to my bike and this seems to most time consuming.
It is just an idea at the moment but if someone has the tools and know how and can give me a reasonable price, I would like to set it up!
