Take this picture, and use the google image search function go to google.com, on the bar at the top, click on images, and in the search box, there will be a camera, and upload your picture. it will come back with results close to it and you might be able to find some history about it. TY, and I even did the search for him above your post, in case he didn't. It's a patch that can still be bought, but I didn't see any history type of result.
