Default Help with identifying a patch, Please.
Hi I am new here. I just joined about 5 minutes ago. I was wondering if someone could tell me exactly what this patch is or means. More so the swirly
design behind the letters? Thanks in advance.

Other than the color, it's very similar to the design on a 1986 FXSTC beneath the western style font HD used for it's emblem.
