Investment in mods are for you and not the next owner. Mods do not add value to vehicles. Some mods devalue a vehicle.
Stock appeals to the majority of buyers. Mod your bike but keep the stock parts for when you sell.

That got my attention too. I had 11,000 miles on my '02 Sporty in just over a year. He's got that on a '96 & the engine only has 800? Good luck with that.

With that few a miles in that many years, I bet that bike sat for a long time. And because of that, the seals let loose and leaked like a crazy thus needing the rebuild. Evos are known to have the tranny seals needing replacing, and the base gaskets, and, and, and,...etc.

Regardless .... way to much money for that bike.
