That story is awful. I can't believe you'd be treated that way after spending 20g's on a fatboy. Heck, you shouldn't be treated that way for spending 7g's on a sportster!!

I feel very lucky to live where I do, as I've never had anything but good things to say about the local dealer. I live in NH and bought my bike at Nashua Hd. Their sister shop, manchester hd has been equally as good. Polite, respectful, and appreciative of your business.
