I heard from a guy that knows a guy who's brothers wife's sister's cousins nefiew's neighbour works in the HD design labs and the 2016 will be bio-diesel and McDonalds is becoming the global sponsor of HOG and all the weekly meet and greets will occur at McDonalds locations so owners can refuel their bikes...
On a side note due to expected sales losses Baskin Robbins and Dairy Queen have both thrown in the towel and are planning to shut down operations effective Jan 1 2016.
I hope 2015 brings the RGU back. If not I may be done with HD after a long ride.
I see nothing worth trading my 2013 off in the 2014 line.
A want be I pad on the dash is not a selling point to me. Vented faring so what.
And the so called cooled 103 is only on limited models so far.
I put about 20-60 a year on so trading every 2 years is about right for me.
Maybe 2015 will be a BMW
2015 Harley will have a large price drop to keep Harley owners from jumping ship over to Indian. I'm talking about a 5K price cut on the whole line up. LOL
The road glide will be back in the next few months i am guessing as a mid year model, once they retool the fairing to fit that new stereo.
At first i did not see alot of improvements in the touring line, but the more i see i am impressed.
LEd lights
new 103 with better cams, maybe the 255
tons more storage, parts manual shows almost 2000 more cubic inches in the trunk, the stereo is listed as a 1800 stereo, gps and iPod, bluetooth. If you don't want them dont turn them on, but cant beat it being included. linked abs, way better handling, better gauges, only thing that looks useful but i hate is the toliet lever to open the saddlebag, will i trade in my 2013 road glide, no way, but i am fearful for the upcoming roadglide, i hope it is horrible, so i stay content, i really don't want to be lusting for a new bike.
