Default BREAKING IN AND DYNOING

When are you able to ride it like you stole it?After the initial 500 miles or after 1,000.It is a 06 Train. Also when is it best to dyno tune the bike I was told at around 1,000.What is the consensus.thxI have the SERT and a downloaded map by the bulider. However it surges sometimes in first gear while going at parking lot speed does that get better with time or after the tune?

Default RE: BREAKING IN AND DYNOING

All Race motors are dyno'd right after they are assembled....however I would rather break things in at least 500 miles before crankin' on it.

Since the dealer backs the warranty, they would probably feel more comfortable waiting (at least that is what my dealer said)
