I use one I bought at the H-D shop and it works just fine. Helmet spends most all it's time under it (I only wear it when it rains) and hasn't gone anywhere yet.

Same here, but I'd like to find something a little better quality.
Don't get me wrong, it works ok, but when ya spend 8 bucks on something you can't help but think about that old saying " ya get what ya pay for "

I have 2 from walmart .2.5 in opening. one held a helmet 2000 miles and I had it stretched tight. They have held loaded coolers. I f your worried buy two and cross
them.

Fine, you could stretch it over your helmet. Took a little effort to do so. Do you think that just riding in that net that your helmet is just going to fall out? LOL
