Helmet cargo net???

Helmet cargo net???

I can't seem to find a cargo net I'd trust with holding my helmet on my tail bag...they all have 3" squares that can be forced to stretch enough for the helmet to squeeze through...is there only one manufacturer for the planet or what??? I've done the goggle thing...no real luck

A simple piece, I know, but annoying that I can't find one

I got mine at a bicycle shop a number of years ago. They are much smaller and seem to work better. Mine straps great to my luggage rack bag and holds the helmet perfect.

Either your head/helmet is a lot smaller than mine, or you're worrying too much <G> I've got a couple of nets (with the ~3" squares) bought from local CycleGear shop, never had an issue with anything falling out, certainly not a helmet.

Your helmet is not squeezing through a 3" net unless your head is ***** size.

Thanks to two responses for leads; here's a picture for the rest of you...a 3" square on a two-bit cargo net stretched over a $750 helmet; the helmet's size is "large".....
