Bonneville racing is the grassroots of the sport for the most part. The lower classes seem to be more of the old school "run what ya brung" type of racing instead of the "throw $$$ at it til it wins" style. Pretty cool stuff.
Having run at the Bub Speed trials at Bonneville, I can say that it is a pretty neat experience.

It will also cause you to roll your eyes everytime someone claims they buried the needle for 120+ mph on a stock Harley. I have also seen a few "185 mph Busas" top out at 140 mph.
jmho..., but at about 105 mph, aerodynamics becomes very critical. My guess is that for Rivas to get his blown fuel bagger to 200 mph he would have to have in excess of 200 hp.
