Our MM (our local chapter) holds quarterly sessions based on Ride Like a Pro DVD's. We set up the cones and do the drills.
Last year at our national rally we rode the Tail of the Dragon as a group. Our chapter rode like pros and had no incendents.
Other chapters with seasoned riders had incedents while on the dragon.
I have been riding since the 60's. I too was one of the ones that he talks about in the video that had "one year of dong things wrong, repeated 20 times"
I suggest everyone, no matter how long you have been riding buy and practise this great tool.

Learning to use the friction zone and rear brake will do wonders for anyone.
I practise every day on the way home from work. I have side streets that I turn on and practise Uturns, and other things.
I have the DVD, I've watched it and will again this spring. I use Tennis ***** cut in half, I can fit a lot more of those in the bags, instead of the cones.
