Good on you for letting Harley try to make it right, but I'd be too fed up at this point to continue. I'm sure you bought a new bike so it was previous-issue-free and so you could ride. Neither of those happening now.
5 OCT:
I'm on my way to pick up the LTD. Dealer called me late yesterday and said:
- new coolant parts installed in right side
- dealer did 20 miles in heavy traffic
- fans came on
- no leaks
- let bike sit for 2 hours
- no leaks
- dealer took out for another 20 miles
- no leaks.
I plan to put on 250 today and 200 on Sunday. I have a fully charged camera with me.
Send positive vibes my way !!!! And for the rest of you in this boat, I'm with ya and will share lessons learned.

Good luck this weekend. Hopefully your issues are history. Please keep us posted. I can't afford a new one but I really like the features of this new design if they work the bugs out. I'm very interested in how the MOCO solves this coolant issue. Maybe I can pick up a used on in 2 or 3 years.
