Have a 2010 ultra, have one screw on each side of liitle dash with cruise on it. Know have to take off ignition top piece, ill leave it there but need some help.
Know this is probably not right place to post
Kind of hard to offer any advice with such ill given information. Not trying to bust your chops but Jethro could have written that better. Take your time, slow down and type with one finger if need be. Plenty here to help but you have to do your part. Peace.

Trying to adjust handlebars on 2010 ultra. Need to pull them up
I may (prolly will) get slammed for this but I have done it on my Road King. Accidentally at first but found I could simply jerk the bars. Not recommended especially with the wiring but at least some adjustment, especially if you still have the crappy rubber HD bushings as opposes to neoprene.
Try this link. I didn't read all the replies but seems to address your issue. In the future you might want to post such questions in the touring section. Hope this helps.
I have 2010 ultra not that easy. Wondering to what extent do have to work on ignition switch
you need to pull the ignition to get the cover below it off which will give you access to the two front screws of the bar. It comes apart easy.
warning, many have taken the ignition out and then could not get it back together. search, read before you do.
