9-3-2013 My dealer returned 2 PM chrome "Wrath" Rotors for inspection as the std. Harley/Brembo pads had a loud squeal. These pads were replaced with some EBC pads. The EBC pads shook the front end when applied. The delear installed stock Harley Rotors and all problems disappeared. PM determined their rotors were defective and said they'd replace. Last Saturday 10-26-2013 my dealer told me that PM says it will be another 3 weeks before they ship the replacements!!! WTF!! 11 Weeks to mfgr. and ship 2 Rotors??? Sent PM customer service a RFI. They have yet to respond. PM quality not what it used to be? Customer service sucks? I was told by a Harley Tech that since Custom Chrome bought into or bought out PM that the Company is going to hell.
Sure it has , you gotta wait for that cargo container to come all the way from from china sit in port a while then get unloaded into the maze , be handled then handled again , shipped somewhere else , handled again then maybe unloaded before they repackage things so they the can get the Made in the Usa sticker on the packing box .
Actaully Pm stuff like rotors are always the last thing to arrive when you order a set of wheels. Say what you must but their stuff is all made in house in LaPalma, CA.
I order wheels from PM pretty much every day and the rotors are always the last things to arrive. Take it from someone who has actually been in their facility.
I was pretty disappointed with Performance Machine also ! I used to think ' you get what you pay for'... man was I wrong! I got the Phat tire kit, Casino wheels, matching rotors and pulley. Now thats about 10K + just for the parts. 4 yrs and around 7K miles later the chrome peels on the rear wheel. Another thousand miles later and the chrome is flaking off the rear brake caliper bridge. I call them and they tell me the warranty is only 2 yrs ... " nothing we can do, sorry" ! I tried calling back months later and 'pushing it' a bit and got the same answer. So therefore I would not recommend them to anyone.

Yup...thats about it, but the containers aren't going back empty. They are taking our Jobs and money with them.

Pm has some great looking stuff, but their chrome is the worst I've seen. I had a set of their wheels 2 years and the chrome faded so bad, that I would have people come to me and ask why I didn't buy the chrome ones instead of the aluminum ones. I spent 900.00 bucks getting those wheels rechromed, and I swore off Pm from that day on. at the time their warranty was only one year on chrome. fool me once, shame on you, ......
