This happened during rush hour. Off duty paramedic was right behind me when it happened. His wife is a rider as long as some of the emt's. I have 't seen the bike, but the one guy said I would be surprised at how good it came out. Right now I have no clue where it is and I haven't talked to the police yet.

Don't know about Texas, but in some states the law is if your vehicles didn't make contact, the other guy has zero responsibility, even if he was the direct cause of the accident. You may hafta sue YOUR insurance, and they may try to go after his. I dunno, but good luck.
