Want to order a SE 50mm throttle body from Surdyke. Their website has not been accessible for two days now from Dubai where I live (I guess its blocked for overseas customers or so) and I asked them via email whether they could ship to New York where I have an address too. Offered to pay via paypal. I keep getting emails back referring me to their website which I can't access. And their customer service keep butting me out. Anybody know a more responsive SE discounter in the USA cause this really is not helpful.

I often run across the same problems in accessing certain websites that block foreign ISP addresses out of hand.
To counter this, I use a virtual private network that gives off a US ISP.
Then I can make an order and have it shipped to my USA mailing address with no further hoops.
I had an exchange with them on email, and they also insist on paypal being coupled to a US issued credit card. Really, the whole point of paypal is that you don't need to know the account details of the person paying! So between the blocking website and the extra paypal demands, Surdyke just does not want to do business with somebody living outside the US.
But now the good news....Kutter's site works! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
Kutter also does not want to ship overseas or to a NY address I keep with a forwarding service. I'm starting to get the picture. HD must have instructed all its dealers only to serve domestically, so that they can set different price levels in each country. They get a lot more margin where I live, in Dubai, so they don't want that market spoiled by people importing directly from HD in the USA. So if you want to get HD parts out of another country, you can't get them from an official dealer.
Try Kutterharleyonline. They might work and are cheaper
I did cross check some prices on different parts from Surdyke and Kutter and Kutter is a lot lower - in some cases $20 to $30 lower - Thanks for the lead.. getting ready to buy a seat and Kutter will get the purchase.

Warning about Surdyke! Review their Return Policy thoroughly before shopping. There are No Exchanges! Returns are subject to 20% re-stocking fee, even though the new parts are defective (they reserve the right to refuse warranty)! You will also only get store credit. One time, I ended up wasting and paying lots of money for nothing. I will never buy anything from Surdyke ever again!
