Closest to the ground up front, where the gremlins try to jump on your ride...and make you break down.

Will do but I found some on Amazon.com, the delivery drone should be landing in my driveway about now...

This. It's meant to be as low to the ground as possible. If you put it on either side, then there's a chance of it hitting the ground on bends, so on the frame is the best place. If you don't have an engine guard, then you can use the holes on the frame where that mounts up in front of the floorboards/footpegs.

Mounted on the right side floorboard mount with a zip tie.

Depending on the bike, I wouldn't hang it under the headlight. I have seen way too many dimpled front fenders. No kidding!

You can make out the little bugger in this pic. Tied to the little loop at the front of the floorboard mount. I used both the leather tie it came with and a zippy to make sure it don't come off.

You're going to void the bell warranty if you use Amsoil. Use only Genuine Harley mojo restorer. Once done, have the strike tone professionally tuned!

I made an ss arm that looks very much like a small box end wrench and bolted it under where the engine guard attaches pointing forward. I did not read through this thread, but resist attaching it under the headlight as it can dent your fender when you hit a pothole (did my son-in-laws bike).

A split key ring works good. The bell is secure, but can still swing easily. If the bell doesn't ring, it won't startle the gremlins
