Got my new wheels Tuesday! I love them! The ride is about the same, I couldn't tell the difference between the new ones and the old ones. But the handling is awesome, took her through some twisties, and the bike just seemed to fall into the turns, instead of having to work a little to get the bike through, just awesome. The wheels have the ME880 Metzlers on them. I also lowered the front of the bike 1" to keep the bike at the same posture. I bought the wheel through HOGPRO, they did a great job mounting and balancing the tires, mounting the rotors as well. They took a little longer then expected, but I was kept in the loop, and the day they were shipping I got a call and leter an e-mail with the tracking number. They arrived just in time for the only warm day of the year here in Michigan. so I was having them shipped to my work, and I was able to take a 1/2 day that day. So they arrived. I grabbed them and went home, where me and my buddy got them on the bike, and off we rode! I love it when a plan comes together!
Anybody else planning on new wheels soon, if so let see what your planing on getting!
