Lower shocks
I just purchased an 09 RG CVO with 1" lowered shocks and It is stored for the winter. Will the handling and the ride be very different from stock shocks? Should I have the stock shocks reinstalled? Thanks

what kind of shock was installed? the cvo comes with a 1" lower shock (than the stock RG) which is an air shock. In my opinion, the a/shocks are crap, and a lot of good choices out there. I use and recommend the progressive 940 series. has long travel and still gets the bike low. your ride quality will depend on which shock is installed, but I would ride it a while first, to see if you are ok with it. then you can make changes come springtime, only takes an hour to change to different shcoks
