Removing saddlebag hardware

Removing saddlebag hardware
I just bought replacement hard saddlebags for a road king but I need to reuse all of the old hardware off my old bags.
Will this be possible or will I need to replace some of the hardware? The wear plate on the saddlebag cover looks to be glued on, I'm hoping that will be the only part I need to buy or is there a way to remove the old ones?
Any input or tips from someone who has done this would be greatly appreciated.
