Another vote for glasses with foam for regular riding and goggles for rain, extreme cold (they just feel better, I don;t know why). REgular sunglasses make my eyes water like crazy at any speed above 40 mph

Wiley-X goggles. Not much bigger than regular sunglasses but that foam seal and thin strap keeps my eye's from watering on the highway at any speed and any temp. Work greatin the city as well.

I tried several different options, but have settled on a set from the local Harley shop. They call them B52's, and the lense goes from dark to light as the the sun sets. It has the foam around the rim, but small slots every 1/2". They came with a strap, but tossed that after a few rides, as the helmet keeps them right in place.

I also ride is any temperatures, day and night, and have ridden earlier this year in temps in the low 20's on the way to work without any problems. The little slots in the foam are not big enough to let very much cool air in, so don't have any problem with cold riding. Last Thursday, I took a little 200 mile ride after work, and didn't get back home until around midnight. Having glasses that change from dark to light is simply awesome. No stopping to change lenses, and I don't have to carry two sets of glasses.

I have yet to ride in the rain with these glasses, so can't report on their performance in the rain.

I have ***** sunglasses with the foam rings for riding. I had some problems with the wind in my eyesand ***** just had the best fit for my face though they can be a bit more expensive then some.

I looked at goggles but I wear a 3/4 helmet with a face shield so I didn't think they would work out.

I have some glasses with out foam and they fit good for keeping out the wind . With goggles you will lose some vision from the frame, (theres a word for that but ????I think it s pherial vision). Dang I wish i knew how to spell.

Best thing for you to do is expiriment and find out what suits you the best.[8D]

I prefer the goggles.I have yet to find a nice pair of glasses that fit my big head.I also have long eyelashes. With the sunglasses, the lens'are too close to my eyes. When I blink,my lashes get all tangled up.Not good at any speed! The goggles keep the lens out a little further from my eyes.I got a set of goggles from a local bike shop that comes with 3 sets of lens'.Clear, amber and smoked. These are pretty much all I've used for the last 2 years. The foam is still in good shape. Can't beat them for $30.
