Vince Flynn (RIP) wrote a great series of action books and if you're into westerns and mountain men try Terry C. Johnston series starting with One-Eyed Dream. Also new to the counter terrorism novels is Blowout by David Hagberg and Bryon Dorgan.
Well you said "Biker Books". To me that means piece of crap bad boy outlaw tall tales.
If on the other hand you want books written by, for and about motorcycling riding here are two outstanding books by the real thing.
1. "Motorcycling Stories", by Piet W. Boonstra. Piet started riding in 1946 and his first bike was a '47 Knucklehead. He was a well known Enduro champion. This book contains stories of 7 trips to Alaska, 2 in Mexico, 2 USA and 2 in Newfoundland and Labrador. Many of the trips were solo and he was well into his 70's on some.
2. "These are the days that must happen to you", by Dan Walsh. Dan is a writer for "Bike" magazine in England. He's a pot smoking, hard drinking, **** in your pants funny writer who knows of what he writes. This book is a collection of old columns and travel stories.
It covers Africa, London and north, central and south America from 2000 to 2006. Two bikes were used. A Yamaha XT, then a BMW Dakar.
This book is now being published under another title by, I believe, Whitehorse Press.
Just look for Dan Walsh, you won't be sorry.
