Does anybody have this new Harley LED tail light? http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...-led-tail-lamp
If so can you tell me how many white LED's illuminate for the license plate.
To me it looks like there are three white LED's but only the center LED lights to illuminate the license plate.
I don't have it. I did have the one they made before it. The leds burned out within a year. I will say, the new one looks to be a completely different design. But, I still wouldn't trust it.
Check out BAL. I got mine at Kutter for $160 - same price as the HD light. Works fantastic and made in USA.
Not that HD's LED tail is bad (have one on my 09 FLHX = works), but take a look at CD's tail lights...can get one w/integrated turn signals for same price as HD you listed...just a thought. Also, they have lifetime warranty (bonus).
