The Spider
so, somehow a spider has taken up residence in my speedo. the little guy was alive for awhile and it was cool to have a riding buddy. he even built a nest under the back plate..Sadly, the little fellow has died and i need some advice on how to exhume his body from behind the glass of my speedometer....any ideas?

Spider was your riding buddy. Made some good memories, so leave it there! Had a big cockroach in my Olds Cutlass back in the 70's. I'd be driving along and that thing would crawl out from somewhere and be sitting there looking at me. Never could kill it, so I just gave up. Pulled out the seats years later and found it's carcass belly up under the carpet.

Condolences. Had the same thing happen a few years ago inside my plasma bug screen. I mean big screen. Shop vac on the entry point sounds like the right idea, if he's not going to chip in for gas.
