Hi, I ma trying to contact this store via email but the mail just gets returned as they are over their mailbox limit.
I bought a Vanson jacket from them over a month ago and have yet to hear from them.
I fear the worst, but if anyone knows of this store or indeed if it is still trading I would be grateful if you could pass me any info.
Their address is given as:
Barnstormer Leathers 170 East 17th Street. Suite 212 COSTA MESA, CA 92627 USA.
Hopefully this is just a simple mixup, and I am not out of pocket to the tune of $700.

Yeah I used Amex, although I have never made a claim for anything before.
I'm still hopeing all will be well, as I've bought loads of stuff from the USA and always found the service to be some of the best in the world.

Call AmEx immediatly and let them know the problem. They will first, issue YOU a credit for the FULL purchase price. Then THEY will contact the company to see what the problem is. Then they will get back to you on a resolution. Call them!! I have and it ALWAYS works!!

I don't know what caused it but they eventually replied to my complaint to ebay. All the other emails I sent just got returned as their mailbox was over its limit.
The store has now sent out my jacket, which is odd as I paid for it on 18/02/07 and was told it was shipped out. Oh well as long as I get it, I guess it was just an honest mix-up, everyone does now and then.
Looks like its going to be yet another positive USA buying experience
